JULY 10, 2011 We of the Arcturian Group wish to say that you are all doing a fine job in your awakening. It is apparent to all who see the Earth energy, that light is rapidly taking over the denser areas of darkness. It does not seem to be that way, we know. You hear so much from your news media that speaks only of darkness and discouragement, but believe us when we say your light is permeating the darkness like never before. You are becoming a planet of light. The discouraging events that so many have experienced and are still experiencing are a necessary part of shifting man into new ways of seeing and understanding life. You see, it is through the “disasters” that those who would not otherwise awaken to the truth about living and oneness are now awakening. Before these mutual experiences, there were “others,” those simply thought of as strangers. Strangers with perhaps strange customs, strange beliefs, strange clothing, strange foods–but now because they suffer just as you, they have become neighbors-you see? This is the evolutionary movement into a consciousness of oneness from the old energy of separation. We say to you that much is about to occur on your Earth–much that will seem to be frightening if you are not prepared. Understand that those who insist upon staying in darkness, believing whatever they are told by those to whom they have given their power, will experience the coming changes from a place of much fear. It is those of you who are awakened that will then begin your work of assisting them if they are open to it. You will become the teachers, helping many to understand what is taking place with the arrival of those dear ones from other places who wish only to help you in your personal and planetary ascension. Many will not believe, choosing instead to hold on to the decaying remains of a consciousness that is leaving. However, this is their choice. No blame is ever assigned to those who choose to evolve at a slower pace. No blame is ever given from on high, for all are moving toward a realization of oneness, some are simply choosing to delay a bit. As free will beings, you are free to do whatever you choose, even if the choice you make is to delay your awakening as long as possible. You see, dear ones, all is changing, like it or not. What we are saying is that you will be the teachers and the healers for those who will experience the shifting energies through a state of great fear. These are those dear ones who are ready to evolve, but have chosen to remain asleep in what they already know believing they already have all the answers. The criteria for ascension is having evolved through time into a consciousness of oneness. There are many who have no interest in what is taking place on the planet, or even in spiritual matters but who have attained a consciousness of oneness. These are the ones who will be very confused by coming events that they have not prepared for. These souls you will guide and protect with your awareness. This is going to be a time of great rejoicing for the many who have not had much to rejoice about up to this time. Just be patient, dear ones, all is proceeding forward according to plan. You only hear about the negative events, because that is what the news media wishes you to hear. However, there are many events of great love and rejoicing taking place that you never hear about. We see mankind opening their hearts to love, and leaving behind that sense of separation that has divided the world for so long. You are doing a fine job but it is important that you stop watching and listening to everything that is put out there for your consumption. Be aware of current events, but do not get so involved that you add your precious energy to them. Remember, you are creators and as planetary and personal energy becomes more and more refined, and as the veils thin, you create more and more quickly. Be very conscious of what you are choosing to create. Send light to all who struggle, seeing them as beings of light who are doing that which seems right for them do do, even if it is often misguided. Those who are seriously hoping for the fall of mankind, will be dealt with. They simply cannot survive in the higher frequencies of light now pouring onto the planet.  With these preparations in place you will be ready to invoke the new energy wave of 2010 to anchor into your being, you can begin to anchor this energy several days before 10/10/10 but you will feel its strength and climax on 10/10/10. This is because of the greater volume of people holding the same intention on this day and a greater volume of light souls on the inner planes focusing upon the anchoring of this energy wave with devotion and love. You may simply sit in meditation with the intention of anchoring the new energy wave of 2010 into your being, aligning with the Creator’s soul to experience this flow or charge of energy through you. Simply feel the energy flowing as a beam of light down the centre of your being and into the Earth. Let this energy build as a core of strength within you emanating brightly into your entire being. Your body will begin to maintain and hold the light within your being while you experience the continuous and constant flow of energy through your being. Allow the light to build in your heart and soul connecting with your mind to bring about a loving mindfulness where your thoughts are influenced by your heart and you are able to manifest loving experiences for yourself and the Earth. The energy wave teaches all to take greater attention and care of the Earth, to listen to the Earth, to focus upon healing the Earth and blending your energies with the Earth’s vibration to achieve a powerful unity. The Creator asks you to listen to the needs of the Earth and to offer your services and thoughts of healing and love to manifest the divine will of the Creator and Mother Earth on the Earth. There is a need to respect the sacred energy that the nature kingdoms and spirits hold, realising the wealth of ancient knowledge and abilities they can share with us. When we begin to work with the Earth we will see the beauty of the Creator and discover more about ourselves as the Creator. A new found respect for the Earth will allow the Earth to support the growth of humanity and manifest a haven of love for true unity with the Creator to take place. Listening to the Earth allows you to remain truly balanced in times of change, receiving essential information and insights when needed. If humanity begins to value the Earth, with a greater unity to the Earth, humanity will magnify the Earth’s energy as the Earth magnifies humanity’s energies.
Additional teachings of the new energy wave of 2010 are the ability to understand, accept and build your abilities of connection and communication, manifesting the presence of simplicity in your reality and actions as well as listening with a greater concentrated attention. It is essential now that you draw upon your own inner guidance and power to discover the personal meaning of the new energy wave for you as a soul on the Earth.

The Secrets to Finding Peace with Negativity
A miraculous transformation occurs when you realize that every experience is a doorway to the Divine. When you truly accept that all the traumas and dramas in your past are all opportunities to experience higher levels of compassion, you move light years ahead in consciousness. Yes, your soul has signed up to evolve in consciousness and springboard you into enlightenment. Every traumatic experience you’ve had in your life, your soul has purposely placed it there to open your heart and broaden your awareness.
This is a divinely intelligent Universe you’re living in and so there simply is no such thing as a “wrong” experience. Whatever painful memories you have in your past are there for only one purpose; to instigate a step towards a higher level of consciousness and transform your heart in the most profound way. Yes, every harsh experience in life contai ns a potentially enlightening epiphany within it. Everyone is given the exact experiences their soul needs to awaken from this Maya (dream world) and be completely liberated from the “karmic baggage” they’ve been dragging around for lifetimes.
Any situation that triggers you is a good pointer as to where you’re still enslaved on the big stage of life. When you repeatedly act out of fear, being defensive, judgmental or resistant you are missing the point. Each experience in life is your big opportunity to receive deeper love and healing. The very instant you notice a contracted feeling arising inside, choose to accept it and embrace it. Play the role of “accepting what is” and you’ll become free from getting snagged in any role. This is how you can heal yourself and truly be empowered in this life.
Emotional suffering is always self-inflicted when you look at the roots of its manifestation. When you re alize you are 100% responsible for the limiting beliefs you have about the world, yourself and everyone in it, you are empowering yourself with the ability to change. This instigates a new compassion inside you and you spiritually start growing! For example, if you are blaming another person for “making you feel upset” about something, you first need to realize that nobody can “make you” feel anything you don’t want to feel. You can always choose to respond from the higher place of compassion and love.

Every negative reaction you have is like an S.O.S. message the ego sends out as a desperate attempt to find healing. Look inside and notice right now if you’re carrying an emotional burden about something from the past. It may feel like a heavy weight, or an annoyance on your chest, a bit of fear, lack or limitation each time you think about it. Just feel it and let it go. Holding onto any sort of baggage can be hard to see, that is why we have 7 billion other mirrors on the planet. When that certain someone comes around (like mom, dad, or your sibling) who knows how to instantly push your buttons with one little comment, the burred pain rises to the surface to be fully revealed and seen. These beings are the ones who will help you transform from being a victim of your life, to the compassionate master of your life. The secret is having awareness of what limiting thoughts you’re still holding onto.
When you become emotionally responsible for your every experience then you cannot become a victim to life again. If someone can upset you it only means that this person is your teacher who is here to empower you to spiritually grow beyond your wildest imagination. The moment a potential painful comment is said, you instantly have the choice to take it on or let it go! The practice of choosing to either let things go or take them on is where you get your power back. When you can let people's defeating words glide right off your chest it, its the first step to self love and finding true inner peace within you.
Make time everyday to rest deeply inside your being. There is a place of deep compassion inside you where that can free your mind from any suffering instantly. This self loving habit can stop the mind and its addiction to drama and its karmic impulses. With self love you’ll be able to see, smell and feel the divine truth of who and what you are. You can see through the illusion of separateness and realize we are all one. This is where the inner battle ends and divine pure awareness begins. You then take center stage in your life and are liberated from ever becoming stuck in a performance where you’re playing out that old suffering scene once again. |

Spinning the fifth dimensional matrix

The negative vibrations are being transmuted, Integrated and
'transcended by some' as the new wave of crystalline changes engulf
that which you know as third dimensional earth.
Activations direct from the central sun unfold within a stream of
colour, light & sound. The vibrations from the one true source are
felt by all the awakened ones, the Indigos, the Crystals, the
Lightworkers, Starseeds and Wayshowers. Each connected individual
takes their place as the new replaces what has gone before.
The streams of positive electrical energies of Light filter through
every system as they ascend - moving through the fourth dimensional
chaos into the fifth dimensional peace and oneness.
Uncertainty, despair and confusion becomes understanding, confidence,
clarity, hope and love within the connected ones who vibrate faster

The inner ear is activated into a higher capacity as sound from the
fourth dimension filters into the third density reality as the
clairaudience that humans are fully able to experience is embraced by
many. The physical ears hear the sounds of the higher vibrations, the
communication vibrations that are translated into language by the
human brain and the sound frequencies of time, the vibrational
harmonics and universal music that is both heard and felt. This cosmic
music which flows through the human conduits who incarnated for that
purpose, will be activation and healing tools triggering memory,
awakening and strengthening of the immune system.
Light streams into both planet and form as transformative evolutionary

I am Mary Magdalene and I come into the presence of divine light and divine love to enfold each of you in the energy of tranquillity, of serenity and the light of all divine love. Today’s celebration is one that begins a very important journey of traveling through the dimensions of your higher awareness. Moving into the sacred aspects of one’s self reveals many dimensions of one’s truth as well as the illusions that one still holds onto. This we can call a “journey of detachment”, in other words detaching from the illusions that cloud your vision and your heart, as well as your memory. This day the 11th of January 2009 is opening the internal dimensional portals to the Promise of New Life encoded within your DNA, this requires of you to focus on your intentions, your motivations and to understand where your actions will take you. By this I mean having a certain amount of cognisance relating to the intentions behind your actions, in other words, what motivates your behaviour? By opening yourself to these dimensions of self you travel into the worlds that exist within parallel and alternate aspects of your collective soul. As you begin to familiarise yourself with these aspects you reclaim aspects of your power, which will be integrated in a beautiful way resulting in added qualities that empower you and ensure that you motivations lead to actions that bring about outcomes that support the greater good of self and others.  You have all entered the Master Dimensions of the great world of the Universe of Fluid Love. By walking and working within this level of greater consciousness the Masters will lead you into Temples of Initiation, into higher “schools” of learning and into the Worlds of Mastery. Each of these journeys bring you closer to understanding what an alchemist is all about however, before you can truly practice as a master alchemist you need to understand the dynamics that exist within consciousness, within energy, awareness and the projection of these energies, which you call intention. This is the time of moving into a world that reveals to you the many avenues that will enable to move beyond the physical fate of an entrapped soul, a soul bound by the karma and fate of the physical world. This moves you into your own state of being a guru. When you can work and live as your own guru you are truly empowered in a way that allows you to understand the dynamic far beyond anything else that has ever lived and been within your life. This will show you how the Masters managed to master certain aspects of their journey. No Master achieved their status, as you perceive it, by shirking responsibility, by denying their own weaknesses and projecting their fear or their short comings onto others or any aspect of their life. This was the process of moving deeply within and taking charge of the parts of you that are considered perhaps immature or less evolved. You must understand that you hold the power and although there are parts of you that still lack that level of power required to bring about the mastery that you seek, you will see that parenting these parts of you is what enables you to eliminate the debilitating patterns that have flowed through the subconscious. Whose energy could you be bumping into?
We may be consciously or unconsciously empathic. Without
proper grounding, we may find ourselves absorbing our neighbor's energy or
our co-workers.
At times, our empathy could be a sign to pull in a bit,
ground, clear ourselves, and come home to self.
Through proper guidance, we can be assured of a clear energy field and sound
emotions. If one is finding oneself overly emotional, could it be that one
is processing the collective pain?
We are taking full responsibility for our own energy fields. We are not
blaming anyone as it is not their fault. We are owning what is ours to own by becoming conscious.
Over empathizing can result in hidden addictions like
overeating, nail biting, net surfing, shopping, etc. Your body
is looking for a way to process the energy. By becoming
conscious, you are no longer ruled, and begin to own your
energy again, making a nice home for it.
Proper grounding and shielding can allow for a renewed sense of well being
and a grounded zeal for life. You're worth it.

Hathors July 20, 2008Paros Island, Greece We wish to discuss several aspects of human psychological response to the planetary and interdimensional changes that are now taking place. Sensitive individuals are the most prone to these types of responses, yet they are also showing up for those who are spiritually unaware and primarily focused upon material reality. What we are describing is a global sense of hopelessness, bordering on despair for some individuals; a sense that there is nothing that one can do to change the course of events. For some this leads to a type of depression, a lack of motivation; and that which gave life meaning, purpose and joy, now seems empty. For others it is a sense of being extremely disconnected from their lives, as if they are watching a movie. They go through the motions of living a life, but their hearts are not in it. For others who are consciously connected to the web of life, the loss of species, the destruction of the eco-system is especially difficult to contend with. For those who are focused primarily upon their material reality, the 3-D life they live, these times are increasingly anxiety provoking for the financial concerns that we predicted some time ago are now upon you, and they will only worsen. In addition, the evolutionary and catalytic waves from deep space that we have mentioned before continue to escalate. Those who attempt to control you through economics, politics and religion are finding it increasingly difficult, yet they are strengthening their efforts, and some individuals aware of these tensions feel caught in the middle.  |

 PLANET ALERT By Mahala Here it is June already and we are fast approaching the new moon and the Summer Solstice. There is an interesting chart for the new moon on June 3. We find four planets (Sun, Venus and moon all conjunct) along with Mercury in Gemini making a nice trine to Neptune and Chiron plus the node in Aquarius. Actually this is a very nice chart. Chiron (the wounded healer) is on 21 degrees Aquarius along with the node. This particular degree means that what has appeared dark can now be turned around for the good. What has happened in your life that can now be changed? On the world scene the controllers are being exposed. You have probably seen the Youtube by Benjamin Fulford talking about the scalar wars that have been going on big time since the Tsunami on December 26, 2004. If you haven't seen this Youtube you can search it out on Google. The scalar wars are caused by HAARP in Alaska, and one in Russia, which is called SURA. This is located 150 kilometers from the city of Nizhny, Novgorad. Their SURA is as powerful as our HAARP. The Chinese say they can guarantee good weather for the Olympics.
